How to make $1,000,000 per month from Youtube videos

I have always known that one could make money from shooting videos and uploading to Youtube. But to think that one could be making as much as $2000/month from it was nowhere on my mind. This morning, just out of curiosity, I wanted to know how others are making money from their youtube videos.

So I did a research on Google and landed on shoutmeloud's article where he mentioned that some artists make a whooping $2000 per month from their Youtube videos.
I quickly checked and discovered the following, to my greatest amazement.

  1. Felix Arvid

This guy earned $15 million from Youtube courtesy of his channel: PewDiePie. In fact that is the most subscribed channel on Youtube right now.
The channel as of the date of this publication, boasts of 54,270,300 subscribers.

When I read his story of how he left a promising Industrial economics degree to do what he is doing now, I knew life is meant is to be lived by following your passion.

You can read his full biography on Wikipedia. And what does he do on his channel? you asked. His channel is a comedy type. If you watch his videos, I promise you will crack your ribs real good. See below some of the videos on his channel, uploaded in just about 2 months time having millions of views.

I watched the one titled: TRY NOT TO LAUGH CHALLENGE and did not laugh. But do not try it, you will definitely laugh out loud before mid way. But that is it. This guy makes average of $1,000,000/month from his YouTube channel. Does that challenge you to go start a Youtube channel? I hope it does. Others are(not in order of how much they made or subscriber count)
  2. SMOSH                                          22,593,244 subscribers
  3. Roman Atwood.                             11,835,182 subscribers
  4. Lilly Singh(Superwoman)              11,221,661 subscribers
  5. Tyler Oakley.                                    8,006,870 subscribers

  7. Markiplier.                                     16,826,711 subscribers

The bottom line is that you too could start now and become like one of the above. They all started from one video, one Subscriber and perhaps $1 before they eventually attained their present status. and fame.
